We were allowed to test drive the EV9 on an unpaved highway for several hours. We found it to be simple to drive, and comfortable to drive long distances. The ride is smooth over bumps and ruts, while the EV9 does an excellent job of reducing the sound of traffic and wind on the highway. The car's acceleration is surprisingly quick, and it features adjustable regenerative brakes that allow "one-pedal driving" simply by taking off the accelerator.
