1. Roomba Q5 Pro
The Q5 Pro, and its more expensive sibling the Q7 Max Series are among the most powerful robotic vacuums that we have tested. They feature top-of-the-line motors that can produce up to 5,500 Pascals of suction force. Like other iRobots with premium features (including the top model) they utilize intelligent mapping to design precise floorplans that avoid obstacles like furniture leg. They also feature carpet boost which boosts the robot's power when it detects an abundance of dirt on the carpet in order to get it cleaned up quickly.
The Q5 and Q7 Max Series both scored excellently in our tests on floors that were bare, and they are particularly adept at cleaning hair from dogs. However, they have some flaws that prevent them from being our top pick. One of the flaws of the Q5 is its navigation system does not have AI-powered obstacles avoidance. If you're required to clean the mopping pad, it can be changed for an awe-inspiring one in a matter of seconds.
